Presentation Time
Length of presentation material should be in accordance with your time assigned as follows;
  Keynote & Invited Presentation
- 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A
Oral Presentation
- 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A
To keep the sessions running to the set schedule and to allow possible questions from the audience, it is very important to keep presentation within the allocated time.
Considering being broadcast on ZOOM, arrive at session room 15 minutes prior to session.
Presentation File
Presentation file should be prepared in MS PowerPoint format in English.
Aspect ratio of the screen is 16:9.
Any standard fonts provided by MS Office may be used. If not, please attach the font file(s) with the presentation file.
To avoid software compatibility problems (MS PowerPoint), speakers are advised to save their PowerPoint presentation on a USB memory stick.
Submit your file to the staff of each presentation room at least 15 minutes before session starts. The operator will load the presentation files to the laptop PC.
Preview Room

Please visit the preview room to check your presentation file at least 3 hours in advance of your presentation to ensure your file works properly.
If your presentation file contains animations or movies, you are advised to check over technical matters 3 hours prior to your session.
Audio Visual Equipment
Each session room will be equipped with the following facilities;
  - Laptop computer running
  MS-Office PowerPoint 2016
  operated in Windows 7 with
  compact disk reader
  (CD &DVD) and USB drive
- Smart pointer and mouse
- Beam projector (RGB,
  HDMI Port) & Screen
To avoid frequently occurring technical problems during the presentation, all presenters are asked to use prepared Laptop.
If you would like to use any other A/V equipment, please inform us in advance.
No Camera & No Record
Please note that photo taking and video recording are strictly prohibited in the presentation room.
Poster File Submission
Posters will be updated online one day after the designated time and will only be available for 24 hours.
For online availability, submit the poster file through 'My Page' by September 30.
The entire presentation file will be discarded after the conference.

Under the social distance policy, direct face-to-face presentation of posters will be omitted.
Presentation Guidelines
Poster authors are responsible for creating, preparing and transporting posters to the conference.
Please ensure your poster is placed on the assigned poster board for the duration of your assigned poster session. In case of emergency, poster presenters who are unable to present should contact the ENGE 2020 secretariat (secretary@enge2020.org) to notify us.
The ENGE 2020 secretariat is not responsible for any posters that may be left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
Please note that all remaining posters after the designated time will be discarded without notice.
Poster Board Specifications
The poster board surface area is 1.2 m high by 0.9 m wide.
We do not specify the poster format, but each poster should include the paper title, authors and affiliation must fit within the space.
Ensure text and illustrations are bold and large enough to be read from a distance of three to four feet (1M).
Materials for mounting will be provided.
The ENGE 2020 Poster Awards
All posters will be eligible for nomination for this award provided they meet the following requirements:
The presentations should consist of well-prepared visual materials about the work, posted on a designated board.
The winners will be announced after the conference via the website.
