Guideline for Preparing Your Presentation |

Participate in real time through ZOOM. |
 |
The official conference language is English. |
 |
Format: Presentation files will be accepted in MS PowerPoint format or MP4 only. |

※ Before you submit your files, check your recorded audio narration, playback the PowerPoint presentation slide show or video file to verify
audio recorded successfully. |
 |
The size of your presentation file should not exceed 300MB. |
 |
It is mandatory to add the audio of your talk within your PowerPoint presentation or video file. |
 |
Videos and animations are supported but will be automatically started with the slide. |
 |
Fonts: Do not use special fonts which are not part of the standard PowerPoint package,
as this will cause problems while uploading your file. |
 |
Do not use any passwords or encryption for your presentation. |
 |
Please note that macros should not be used and flash-animations are not supported. |

★ The entire presentation file will be discarded after the conference. |

Instructions for Recording Presentation or Video |
1) |
On a given slide, select in the tabs: "Insert" > Audio |

Select Record Audio  |
3) |
Type in a name for your audio file, select Record, and then record the desired description of the slide. |

To review your recording, select Stop and then select Play  |
5) |
Select Record to re-record your clip, or select OK to use the recording |
6) |
To move your clip, select and drag the audio icon to an adequate area on the slide. (Note: If you are using one audio file for each slide, it is advisable to put the audio icon in the same spot on each slide to make it easy to find) |

Select Play to listen to your audio |

In your profile, click "Settings", then "Recordings". (Be sure that Local Recordings is on.) |

At the upper right corner, it will say “Host a Meeting”. Click on “Host a Meeting with Video”, and follow the instructions to download and run ZOOM or wait for the meeting to generate. (Be sure that your audio and video are both on and working.) |

The size of the webcam will be 224x126 pixels in the upper right corner. Once you start screen sharing, your video will move to the upper right-hand corner and may potentially cover text or images. (Please adjust your presentation accordingly.) |
4) |
Press the “Record” button. Select “Share Screen” and begin your presentation. (If your presentation exceeds these time limits, it may be edited after receipt.) |

Once you have finished your presentation, select “Stop Record” and then end the meeting, or simply end the meeting - which will stop the recording. Then, it will begin to convert your video to your local system into three files: an .m4a, .m3u and .mp4 file. |

Guideline for Preparing Your Poster |
 |
The secretariat will print the posters and post them at the designated spot. |
 |
The e-Poster presenter is required to submit a final one-page poster file in PDF format. |
 |
Poster standard size is 90cm (Width) x 120cm (Height). |
 |
The size of your e-Poster file should not exceed 100MB. |
 |
Posters will be updated online one day after the designated time and will be available for 24 hours only. |

All posters will be eligible for nomination for this award provided they meet the following requirements: |

The presentations should consist of well-prepared visual materials about the work, posted on a designated board. |
 |
The winners will be announced after the conference via the website. |
